[WebAssembly] Add --reproduce. --reproduce is a convenient option for debugging. If you invoke lld with `--reproduce=repro.tar`, it creates `repro.tar` with all input files and the command line options given to the linker, so that it is very easy to run lld with the exact same inputs. ELF and Windows lld have this option. This patch add that option to lld/wasm. This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the LLVM Linker, a modular cross platform linker which is built as part of the LLVM compiler infrastructure project.
lld is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
In order to make sure various developers can evaluate patches over the same tests, we create a collection of self contained programs.
