[COFF] Store alignment in log2 form, NFC Summary: Valid section or chunk alignments are powers of 2 in the range [1, 8192]. These can be stored more canonically in log2 form to free up some bits in Chunk. Combined with D61696, SectionChunk gets 8 bytes smaller. This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the LLVM Linker, a modular cross platform linker which is built as part of the LLVM compiler infrastructure project.

In order to make sure various developers can evaluate patches over the same tests, we create a collection of self contained programs.
