lld-link: Add help strings for /manifest, /nodefaultlib, /noentry; tweak manifest help strings My main motivation is that I can never remember /nodefaultlib and `lld-link /? | grep no` didn't display it due to it not having a help string. Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D56502 git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/lld/trunk@350750 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
