[PowerPC] Exploit the vinsw, vinsd, and vins[wd][lr]x instructions on P10 This patch generates the vinsw, vinsd, vinsblx, vinshlx, vinswlx, vinsdlx, vinsbrx, vinshrx, vinswrx and vinsdrx instructions for vector insertion on P10.
