[lldb] Lower GetRealStopInfo into ThreadPlanCallFunction (NFC) `GetRealStopInfo` has only one call site, and in that call site a reference to the concrete thread plan is available (`ThreadPlanCallUserExpression`), from which `GetRealStopInfo` can be called.
