[lldb] Skip lldb-server unit tests when building with ASan The lldb-server unit tests are timing out on GreenDragon and swift-ci. We haven't been able to reproduce this locally or figure out why. We've made several attempts to address potential issues, but we've reached a point where we need to skip them to get signal out of this bot again.
