Revert "[lldb] Call FixUpPointer in WritePointerToMemory"

This reverts commit 085a53cb89c4021da2e32d1757a1ee44668e8596.

This patch is hitting a corner case tested by
`TestScriptedProcessEmptyMemoryRegion.py`.
