"message": "[mlir][test] Add unittests for `getInversePermutation` (#116945)\n\nThe only way to test `getInversePermutation` is through unit tests. The\r\nconcept of \"inverse permutations\" is tricky to document and these tests\r\nare a good source documentation of the expected/intended behavoiur.\r\nHence these additional unit tests.\r\n\r\nThis is a follow-on of #114775 in which I added tests for\r\n`isProjectedPermutation`.",
