  "message": "[SPIR-V] Fix OpName and LinkageAttributes decoration of global variables (#120492)\n\nThis PR changes `getGlobalIdentifier()` into `getName()` value when\r\ncreating a name of a global variable, and fixes generation of\r\nLinkageAttributes decoration of global variables by taking into account\r\nPrivate Linkage in addition to Internal.\r\n\r\nPrevious implementation led to an issue with back translation of SPIR-V\r\nto LLVM IR, e.g.:\r\n\r\n```\r\n@__const.G1 \u003d private unnamed_addr addrspace(1) constant %my_type undef\r\n...\r\nFails to verify module: \u0027common\u0027 global may not be marked constant!\r\nptr addrspace(1) @\"llvm-link;__const.G1\"\r\n```\r\n\r\nA reproducer is included as a new test case.",
