Revert "[clang][Modules] Reporting Errors for Duplicating Link Declar… (#157154) …ations in `modulemap`s (#148959)" This reverts commit 538e9e8ebd09233b3900ed2dfd23e4e1ca5c9fc0 for two reasons. 1. Link decls in submodules can make sense even if the submodule is not explicit. We need to review the error check. This PR reverts the check so we still allow link decls in submodules. 2. It is not a fatal error to have duplicating link decls. The linker deduplicates them anyways. rdar://159467837

This repository contains the source code for LLVM, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and run-time environments.
The LLVM project has multiple components. The core of the project is itself called “LLVM”. This contains all of the tools, libraries, and header files needed to process intermediate representations and convert them into object files. Tools include an assembler, disassembler, bitcode analyzer, and bitcode optimizer.
C-like languages use the Clang frontend. This component compiles C, C++, Objective-C, and Objective-C++ code into LLVM bitcode -- and from there into object files, using LLVM.
Other components include: the libc++ C++ standard library, the LLD linker, and more.
