  "message": "[mlir][tensor][nfc] Clarify comments for `createPadHighOp`\n\nWhile reviewing this code, I realised that the rationale behind the\nassert was not very clear, so I updated the comments to clarify it.\n\nRelaxing the assert (i.e., allowing `resType.getNumDynamicDims() !\u003d\ndynOutDims.size()`) would require generating a mapping between\n`dynOutDims` and the dynamic dimensions of the output tensor. At the\nmoment, this additional complexity is unnecessary.\n\nTo minimize PR noise, I am submitting this without a review.
