  "message": "[AMDGPU] Clear NoPHIs after SIFixSGPRCopies under the new pass manager (#238429)\n\nSIFixSGPRCopies can build waterfall loops, which add PHIs. The legacy\npass declares that it clears NoPHIs, but the new pass manager\u0027s\nSIFixSGPRCopiesPass declared no properties and never applied them. So a\nfunction kept NoPHIs after the pass added a PHI, and the machine\nverifier rejected it. Declare the cleared property and apply it with\nMFPropsModifier. The test waterfalls a buffer load\u0027s resource under both\npass managers.",
