  "message": "[llvm-objdump] Support --mcpu\u003dhelp/--mattr\u003dhelp without -d (#165661)\n\nCurrently `--mcpu\u003dhelp` and `--mattr\u003dhelp` only produce help out when\ndisassembling. This patch specialises these cases to always print the\nrequested help.\n\nIf `--triple` is specified, the help text will be derived from the\nspecified target.
