  "message": "[OpenMP] Use generic IR for the OpenMP DeviceRTL (#119091)\n\nSummary:\nWe previously built this for every single architecture to deal with\nincompatibility. This patch updates it to use the \u0027generic\u0027 IR that\n`libc` and other projects use. Who knows if this will have any\nside-effects, probably worth testing more but it passes the tests I\nexpect to pass on my side.",
