[lldb][test] Remove objcopy detection from API tests' CMakeLists.txt (#111977) This commit essentially reverts https://reviews.llvm.org/D30453. In #109961, objcopy util search code was added to dotest.py. dotest.py should use llvm-X by default if no path to a utility X is provided externally. However, it doesn't work out for llvm-objcopy, since objcopy path is always overridden with the lines being removed here. It causes a problem with cross-platform testing when objcopy used by cmake doesn't support targets/executable file formats other than native. I suppose these lines are unnecessary after #109961, so they can be safely removed.

This repository contains the source code for LLVM, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and run-time environments.
The LLVM project has multiple components. The core of the project is itself called “LLVM”. This contains all of the tools, libraries, and header files needed to process intermediate representations and convert them into object files. Tools include an assembler, disassembler, bitcode analyzer, and bitcode optimizer.
C-like languages use the Clang frontend. This component compiles C, C++, Objective-C, and Objective-C++ code into LLVM bitcode -- and from there into object files, using LLVM.
Other components include: the libc++ C++ standard library, the LLD linker, and more.
