  "message": "[libunwind] Drop the dependency on \u003calgorithm\u003e, add placement new inline\n\nWe haven\u0027t eliminated C++ library dependency altogether in D57251,\nUnwindCursor.hpp had an unused dependency on \u003calgorithm\u003e which was\npulling in other C++ headers. Removing that dependency also revealed\n(correctly) that we need our own global placement new declaration.
